Yoga Namaskar: A complete Yogic process to activate the lumbar region and strengthen the muscles along the spine to prevent the collapsing of the spine that happens as one ages offers all round benefits for the entire body.
Directional Movement of Arms: A simple way to activate the energy nodules in your joints and exercise your muscles, bringing ease to the whole system.
Nadi Shuddhi: A Yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which prana (vital energy) flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological well-being.
