UIA Diwali Goodwill and Friendship Fair 2024

United Indian Associations (UIA) supported by the Parramasala Board is proud to host a Festival Fair to celebrate “Friendship in Diversity” with an Indian and Southeast Asian flavour.

UIA is an umbrella body of various linguistic, cultural and professional organisations of Indian origin and is currently enjoying its 30th Anniversary since its establishment in 1994.
Parramasala was originally established in 2009 as an independent not-for-profit organisation by Events NSW and the City of Parramatta Council to celebrate South Asian Arts at a Festival in the geographical heart of Sydney in the historical city of Parramatta.

The planned Festival Fair is to be held on Sunday 1st December 2024 within Parramatta LGA and will have a variety of cultural programs and community involvement activities.
This free public event will attract large numbers of people and families from different communities for a relaxing day out to enjoy cultural performances, visit stalls hosting commercial products and stalls exhibiting community service activities and savour various food varieties at food stalls.

As part of this Festival Fair we will be releasing a souvenir on the day by esteemed chief guests. There will be an opportunity for business to advertise in the souvenir which is a great opportunity for business to get exposure to the wide range of audiences who will be attending the event.
