‘Turbans 4 Australia – Our South-West Sikhs’ in association with Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Regional Museum will be launched at Liverpool Regional Museum on Saturday 28 October at 11am.
Founded in 2015, charity organisation T4A – Turbans 4 Australia have supported hundreds of thousands of Australians through tough times including natural disasters, homelessness, and the isolating COVID-19 pandemic.
This exhibition celebrates T4A and Australian Sikh heritage, a story of a continuous journey from the past, embedded with traditions and values from centuries of rich history, into contemporary Australian life and identity today.
The exhibition runs from 31 October 2023 – 27 April 2024.
