Here are a few points to help you have a great experience:
1. We would encourage you to use public transport. St James station is just a 5 min walk. If you are driving, you can find street parking or park in one of the parking lots. Click here to find all the options: https://linktr.ee/idyparking
2. Wear comfortable clothes. The forecast is bright and sunny but keep something warm as you might feel cold during meditation.
3. Bring your yoga mat. You might also want to bring your bottle of water.
4. Be there at 11 am so that you don’t miss any of the fun.
5. Feel free to bring along your friends/family.
