Artists Nusra Latif Qureshi and Simryn Gill come together for a conversation at the Art Gallery of New South Wales, reflecting on their artistic practices and the role of place and history in shaping their work. The event coincides with Birds in Far Pavilions, Qureshi’s first major solo exhibition, tracing her 30-year career through painting, collage, photography and installation. The talk will be facilitated by choreographer and performer Raghav Handa, and will take place within the exhibition space.
